MOSCOW, Nov 15 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Gazprombank has set the first coupon of 10 billion ruble 5-year exchange bonds at 8.95% annually, the bank said in a statement on Thursday.
The bank and brokerage company Region will act as the organizers of the placement.
The issue carries semiannual coupons.
The technical placement of the bonds is preliminarily scheduled for November 20.
